Funding

The Alpine Fault Network is a virtual team of volunteer amateur radio operators. Our operators purchase and own their own radio equipment.

As there is no payroll, the service is mostly self funded.

However we do have some expenses incurred by our coordinator, Peter Mott (ZL3PWM).

These include;

• Development and hosting of this web site;
• Radio licence fees for our callsign ZL6EQ;
• Travel and accommodation expenses associated with promoting the Alpine Fault Network
